1. Commodity: Indonesia Steam Coal
2. Specifications: GAR***0, GAR***0, GAR***0. Refer to report analysis for further info.
3.Size Standard:  Crushed or uncrushed. Buyer's requirement/request.

4. Port of Loading: Samarinda and Balikpapan transshipment Anchorage Port Buara Berau
5.Prices:  GAR****-USD*9.*0MT/GAR****-TBA/GAR****-USD*8.*0MT.
All price quoted on FOB Barge.
6.Delivery Schedule: Monthly basis. Confirmation 3 week before date of shipment.
 7.Payment Terms: Letter of Credit at Sight **0%.
8. Quantity Determination: The weight of each shipment of Coal shall be determined by draft survey of carrying ocean carrier at the Load Port conducted by the Independent Superintending Company. This weight determined by the Independent Superintending Company shall be final and binding for both the Parties and it shall be the basis for invoicing and settlement.
9.Quality basis: As per mutually agreed internationally reputed independent Inspection Agency appointed by the seller at its cost at load port and the load port sampling and analysis report is final and binding on both buyer and seller for commercial purpose. Our company motto is client satisfaction and maintenance of product quality so, please is rest assured in regards to the quality of coal. There will be no blending or mixing in the product. We offer best product at best prices.
*0. Basis of Sale: If the material is offered to you on high seas sale basis, we will require your IEC and certain other information to prepare HSS agreement for your signature. Our
representative will be in touch with you for this at appropriate time.
*1. Force Majeure; Standard Force Majeure Clause will be applicable.
*2. Others: As per our draft Sale-Purchase Contract to be provided after finalization of business Hope you will find the terms suitable to your purpose. Kindly do the needful and issue a valuable order as mark of acceptance. You can send your representative on loading time for quality concern.
