I am Mrs.Jothi Pathy, a retired Centrel Goverment Officer. After
retirement I ventured into curryleaf with team of ladies working
with me.
Generally the curry leaves are kept very unhygienically in our
markets. Most of our ladies are not aware of this. Hence I decided
to work on the same and have set up a unit for clean curry
leaf.
This complete venture I have undertaken with the guidance of Tamil
Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore.
