SGM CC is registered in Panama as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) and has ***0 total shares, of which *1% are owned by top four management members of the company, with the remainder either held by other shareholders or the company. There are currently direct employees/company members, and a host of other part-employees or entities that support SGM CC operational efforts through partnering companies or activities.
