Accuracy Vacuum continuous casting machine adopts below-leading casting method based on fluid mechanics, that is after melted metals become fluid, it will be poured into mould closely connected under the below and be cooled down with water forcibly in order to form temperature grade and fluid metal flows into fired mold along feeding pilot bar set on the lower mold to be cooled down in order to form section bar that will be brought out by prime move. 
According to different mold, different section bar will be produced. 
This machine is set with microcomputer control based on the traditional devices, forms high vacuum and fills gas, which even reduces the second feeding under vacuum and fills the space of this industry.
