CXT-II Metal Bright Quenching Furnace, is featured with free oxidation, excellent heat treatment results, and long service life of the system. 
CXT-II Metal Bright Quenching Furnace, featured with resistance heating, PID intelligent temperature control, **-hour time switch and humanization design. 
CXT-II Metal Bright Quenching Furnace is specifically applied to the heat treatment of jewelries, hardware, K gold jewelries, copper, silver, wires, and plate stamping parts. 
Through the effect of protective gas, the surface of the workpiece is highly bright and colored without oxidation, the stress is removed, and the common standard is realized. 
The machine is equipped with a high-performance ammonia decomposition and hydrogen production system, which is the good assistant of oxidation-free heat treatment. 
The various metals can be quenched according to the predetermined temperature, and therefore the same metal can have more changed in the use.
