CXM-CIII Digital Vacuum Pressurized Casting Machine, the outward appearance line of the whole machine is smooth, a unique stirred type induction heating method is used, the stirring time is controlled automatically, the work is carried out according to the casting principle of vacuum pressurizing and gravity casting.

The protection function for the electrical system of the machine body is complete, the degree of intelligence is high, the machine body can be protected by means of self-inspection alarm, the digital temperature control system is precise, the temperature control error is ± 2 C.

A vacuum and gas protection melting furnace is used to ensure the metal is gasified to the lowest point, the blanking work is carried out by pressurizing the funnel to ensure that the cast mold is injected in the fastest and best working state, the reducibility is good, the casting is featured with high success rate, high density, strong filing degree, smooth and fine red surface, and basically realized shrinkage-free casting.

The casting room is featured with an automatic pressure lifting function, the casting mold can be placed and taken out easily, and each operator can independently complete the casting work due to the simple and easy-to-understand operation interfaces and processes.
