SUN-GE***0 series GEPON(Ethernet Passive Optical Network) equipment is suitable for supplying high-speed, wide overlay fiber access network. It consists of SUN-GE***0 series OLT (Optical Line Terminal), SUN-GE***0 series ONU (Optical Network Unit) and ODN (Optical Distribution Network). 1. SUN-GE***0 Series OLT SUN-GE***0 is OLT equipment with rack structure. It can cooperate with SUN-GE***0 series remote equipment (ONU) to form a GEPON connection through fiber and Passive Optical Distribution Network (ODN), supporting maximum 8 PON system. SUN-GE***0 Series adopts **-inch width and 3U height rack with *6 slots, among which every two is offered to one OLT module, supporting maximum 8 OLT module cards. It has a concentrated power supply with active and standby power system, supporting automatic switching. 2. SUN-GE***0 Series ONU SUN-GE***0 series ONU (Optical Network Unit) is user equipment of GEPON with Ethernet interface. It is specially designed for FTTH (Fiber to the House) and FTTB (Fiber to the Building). It can end the operation from OLT (Optical Line Terminal) by PON and provide all kinds of broadband services. It is configured and managed remotely by OLT. SUN-GE***0 series consists of SUN-GE***0 (**0Mbps), SUN-GE***0G (***0Mbps) and SUN-GE***0D (**0Mbps and ***0Mbps).
