CorroCell ***0MC
 
A metallic ceramic coating provides life time corrosion protection and chemical resistance in thin films (*0~*0µm). When applied to exhaust systems. It will withstand environmental temperatures of up to ***0˚C with a certain thermal barriers effect for its surrounding parts and components.  After being cured, the coating requires polishing for getting a very high featured metallic-ceramic and sparkling luster appearance.

  • Strong pencil hardness (**9H on metal substrates) (JIS***0,***0g)
  • Strong adhesions (interfacial chemically bonded) (cross-cut,ASTMD***9, 5b)
  • High temperature tolerance (the coatings adhesion remains in excess ***0 ºC).
  • Effective corrosion resistance (5 % salt spray *0days no obvious rusty spots) ( 5% neutral salt spray, ASTM B**7, 3days no rust spots)

CorroCell® ***0MC is primary designed and developed for automobile and motorcycles exhaust systems to provide corrosion protection with thermal barriers effect and appearing coatings.The CorroCell ***0MC are also applied for high values equipments when fine ceramic-metallic luster appearance is preferred.
