We are a leading custom compound supplier for non-black and
specialty compounds. We do compounding for food contact
applications, skin contact applications, industrial &
automobile rubber applications etc. we can supply compounds in
finished or in master batch form. The rheology of each batch of
compound is tested for quality control purpose and is
essential to ensure a consistent quality supply of material.
We can toll mix to your formulation and or with over *5 years of
experience we have a large number of recipes, which may
likely to meet your requirements.
We can mix different polymers, NR,SBR, NBR, NBR/PVC, EPDM &
Neoprene in a wide range of Hardness, in any colour for a
multitude of application.
We have 4 Nos of *5 Lit Internal Mixers and 7 Nos of *5 Lit Kneader
Mixers. We mix compounds for Extruders, Injection, Transfer and
Compression moulds. We can supply compounds in strip form,
perforated strips in Wig-Wag form, Slab form or Sheet form.
We also supply rubber components required to ship building industry
for leading ship builders in Sri Lanka,
