Option 1. Semi-automatic method of instrument control-Weighing control system:

Enter the formula separately on the instrument, and automatically weigh the ingredients after startup. Button discharge mode.

1 ) Three scales-Control Panel (aggregate scale, cement scale, water scale):

Aggregate lifting can be divided into automatic lifting or manual lifting, and large-angle belt conveyor conveying methods, which are slightly different.

Fully automatic method of instrument control-Steps-Weighing control system:

1 ) After the instrument cluster is started, the four-scale weighing instrument automatically controls the weighing of ingredients.

2 ) The aggregate lifting hopper of the mixer is in the low position. After the aggregate scale is configured, the aggregates will be automatically unloaded into the lifting hopper. After the aggregate scale is unloaded, the aggregates will automatically be batched in the next cycle;

3 ) After the high-level scale (cement scale, water scale, admixture scale, etc.) is configured, if the mixer is empty, the winch will automatically lift the aggregate temporary storage hopper to the high position of the mixer (trigger the travel switch) and automatically unload the aggregate buffer hopper to the high position. Blender with simultaneous automatic control Unloading of cement scales, water scales and admixture scales;

4 ) After the high-position unloading of the aggregate buffer hopper is completed (timed unloading), it will automatically drop to the low position and wait for the next cycle of aggregate scale preparation.

5 ) The mixer automatically mixes at a scheduled time, and when the time is up, it will automatically unload the concrete (timed unloading is completed); after unloading, the mixer will automatically be empty and wait for the next cycle of batching and mixing.

6 ) If the aggregate scale is configured properly, repeat steps 2 ) to 5 ) to control the operation!
