Most of fabric before dyeing
requires pre-shaped(temperature approximately **3 °C), in order
to prevent fabric variant when dyeing. AG-K*9F is special
yellowing preventing agent, use in shape before shaping can
prevent yellowing. In process, do not need to shape before
AG-K*9F when scouring/yellowing prevent agent.

Application of technical
information
★ For stereotypes
If cloth on stereotypes, pressure
suction (PAD) AG-K*9F yellow change preventing agent **3% (owb
solution percentage), together with penetrant IPA 0.5 *1.0% (owb)
bath re-drying stereotypes.
★ Indefinite form for
scouring
If original cloth do not need to
stereotypes, AG-K*9F enables for scouring bath, use of 3 - 5%
(can add as need fluorescent sperm 0.**2.0%).
The procedure is as follows:
1. Plus AG-K*9F the scouring bath
heat to *3 °C.
2. And then slowly warm to *2
°C.
3. In *2℃ and holding for *0 minutes of
operation.
4. Drain, rinse in cold
water.
★ Use in post-processing
AG-K*9F also use for the
post-treatment bath, in order to prevent yellowing or hue
change.
